Conflict management
No situation is unsolvable! Sometimes it just takes an outside perspective to find solutions that suit the majority and help improve the atmosphere. Want to know how? Learn more about my approach to conflict management !
Are you doubting it ? Conflict management is one of the most sensitive topics in organizations. While conflicts can have negative consequences, with some simple and concrete tools, conflicts can also be a real opportunity for improvement. You may tend to think that conflict is not something good... but it has its advantages: 'productive conflict' is an approach that allows achieving a sufficient level of trust among collaborators so that they can express themselves without taking it personally. It's a concept that I want to share with you by assisting you in resolving your current conflicts.

Customized workshops for conflict management.
I support my clients in conflict prevention and resolution through personalized workshops and open dialogue methods. The goal is for each individual to express themselves freely and fairly to 'vent' and find solutions that bring about peace.
My conflict management workshops are tailored to specifically address the needs of your organization. Practical exercises, conflict simulations, and resolution techniques help participants develop key skills for conflict management. Participants gain a better understanding of others' reactions and their own emotions through exercises such as active listening, empathy, emotion management, and non-violent communication. These skills promote constructive conflict resolution.
My goal is to make you autonomous in resolving internal conflicts by, for example, identifying a mediator who will be trained to facilitate discussions between conflicting parties and help them find mutually acceptable solutions.
